100% Free & Open-Source Technical Architecture

To eliminate massive monthly billing for third-party services like Google Maps or Firebase, Associative built the entire architecture using robust, open-source technologies. We utilized a Dual-Native Mobile Strategy to harness the absolute maximum potential of both Apple and Google ecosystems for fluid 120Hz animations.

End-to-End System Workflow

The delivered platform follows a highly optimized, automated workflow:

3. Live Tracking: Once accepted, the customer views the professional travelling live on the map.

4. Secure Check-In: Professional arrives and enters a Start-OTP provided by the customer.

6. Sign-off & Payment: Customer provides Completion-OTP. Payment is automatically deducted and safely transferred via escrow.

Associative delivered the compiled, natively built binaries (Android Kotlin and iOS Swift) exclusively for the client’s business use, alongside a heavily obfuscated production build of the Next.js web application.
