• IoT Smart Home Integration: Smart appliances linked to the app can automatically detect technical faults (like low AC gas) and prompt the customer to book a verified technician.

• Blockchain-Based Smart Contracts for Escrow Payments: Payment is held securely in a digital escrow and is only released to the professional’s wallet when both parties verify the “Job Completion OTP.”

• Dual-Way Guardian Angel (Safety & SOS): Real-time GPS departure tracking ensures safety for solo female customers and professionals, complete with a disguised one-touch SOS button.

• Dynamic Skill & Proximity Dispatch Engine: Assigns the best professional within milliseconds based on live traffic, battery level, required spare parts, and skill rating.

100% Free & Open-Source Technical Architecture

Associative built the entire architecture using robust, open-source technologies. This strategic choice eliminated massive monthly bills for proprietary third-party services (like Google Maps or Firebase), making the client’s business highly profitable and scalable from day one.

End-to-End System Workflow Delivered

3. Live Tracking: The customer tracks the professional travelling live on the map.

4. Secure Check-In: The professional arrives and enters a Start-OTP provided by the customer.

5. Service Execution: The professional adds any needed spare parts to the digital bill.

6. Sign-off & Payment: The customer provides a Completion-OTP, and the payment is safely transferred.

7. Ratings: Both parties rate each other to maintain platform quality.

Project Outcome & Licensing

The project was successfully branded, integrated, tested, and deployed by Associative’s expert team.
