Because it is 100% self-hosted on the client’s own cloud servers, it completely eliminates expensive monthly third-party API fees (like OpenAI or Twilio) and guarantees 100% data privacy.

• Media Understanding: When customers send a voice note on WhatsApp, the AI transcribes it. If they send an image or document, a local Vision AI model reads and understands it.

B. CRM & Calendar Automation

• Frappe CRM: The AI automatically qualifies interested customers and saves their structured data directly into a self-hosted Frappe CRM.

• Auto-Scheduling: The AI checks availability and books meetings autonomously.

C. Enterprise Self-Service (ERPNext Integration)

• For Employees: Staff can send their Employee ID on WhatsApp, verify themselves with a secure OTP, and check their leave balance or attendance directly from the company’s self-hosted ERPNext system. They can even apply for leave or submit expense claims via WhatsApp.
