8. Official Terms and Conditions of Service

By engaging the services of Associative, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear, professional, and mutually respectful working relationship.

1. Service Commencement and Refunds: All service orders are considered final once work has commenced. Due to the customized nature of our services, cancellations and refunds are not available. We strongly advise prospective clients to conduct their due diligence and compare providers before engaging our services.

2. Work and Communication: All of our programmers and developers work exclusively from our secure office premises. They will not meet with clients in person, work on-site at client locations, or engage in direct communication. All communication will be managed and facilitated through our designated project managers and official channels (WhatsApp and email) to ensure clarity and maintain a documented record. Associative is a project-based company, not a staffing or outsourcing agency.

3. Work Hours and Transparency: Our standard workdays are Monday through Saturday. The daily work commitment will be between a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 9 hours. We provide screen recordings of project progress during these work hours. Daily, weekly, or monthly updates, including these recordings and the source code, will be shared to provide tangible proof of completed work.

4. Third-Party Resources and Costs: The client is solely responsible for all costs associated with third-party resources required for their project. This includes, but is not limited to: themes, templates, plugins, extensions, third-party source code, APIs, app store developer account fees (e.g., Play Store), and any other subscription charges for services required to complete the project. For template-based projects, clients are also responsible for the costs of domain names and web hosting.

5. Limitation of Liability: Associative shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for our services.

6. Client Conduct and Expectations: Our developers will not work under the direct observation of the client or on client premises. We maintain a professional and respectful work environment. Forceful, abusive, or threatening behavior towards our team will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of services without a refund. Clients are free to terminate services at any point; however, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.

7. Project Time Estimates: Please note that these are general estimates and not guaranteed timelines.

Complex Custom Projects: Projects involving custom website development, web application development, native mobile app development, game development, or software development from scratch require an average minimum of 1000 hours for a comprehensive design, development, and testing cycle.

Template-Based Projects: Projects utilizing pre-existing templates or platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) for websites, web applications, or e-commerce sites require an average minimum of 25 hours for setup, customization, and deployment.

8. Payment: Invoices will be submitted daily, weekly, or monthly, based on the agreed-upon schedule and always following the submission of work proof. Accepted payment methods are NEFT, IMPS, and UPI. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.

9. No Rework or Refunds: We provide screen recordings and source code as direct, objective proof of the work completed. Based on this transparent process, all work completed will be charged. We do not offer rework on completed tasks or refunds. Any changes or additions to completed work will be treated as a new task and billed accordingly.

10. Post-Project Support: We provide a 7-day period of post-launch support to ensure a smooth transition and address any critical issues. Any support, updates, or changes requested after this 7-day period will be subject to additional charges based on our standard hourly rates.

11. Service Expectations and Subjectivity: Our services are technically executed based on the client’s provided requirements.
