Chapter 1 — Commercial Proposal & Pricing

We are offering our 100% fully developed, rigorously tested, and enterprise-ready astrology platform (React.js Web App + Flutter Android/iOS App + Backend Server). We do not use basic, ready-made templates; our premium product will be tailored and configured exactly to your business logic and brand identity.

1.1 Core Product & Deployment Cost (Web + Android + iOS + Backend)

1.2 Maintenance, Support & Updates

  • First Year (Months 1-12): 100% FREE Maintenance and Support (Included in the core cost).

  • Second Year Onwards (Updates & Support Cost): ₹3,00,000 + GST / $3,600 USD per year.

1.3 Third-Party Infrastructure Costs (Paid directly by the Client)

The core platform is built strictly on free and open-source technologies to eliminate third-party API subscriptions. However, your server hosting and telecom messaging will incur standard usage-based charges:

  • Hosting (AWS or GCP): Average of $150 to $250 USD per month (Approx. ₹14,200 to ₹19,500 INR/month) depending on user traffic.

  • Messaging (SMS/OTP/WhatsApp): To avoid paid API subscriptions, the product already includes Free Email-based OTP/Messaging via open-source SMTP. If your business strictly requires SMS or WhatsApp API for users, you will need to purchase standard telecom credits directly from a provider (e.g., Twilio/Msg91), which we will integrate for free during deployment.

To generate your formal invoice, draft the Master Service Agreement (MSA), and officially initiate the deployment process, kindly provide us with the following details:

Chapter 3 — Terms of Service & Policies

  • Payment Terms:

    • 50% Advance Payment is required at project initiation.

    • 50% Remaining Balance is due at the time of the final handover of app files and submission to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

  • Accepted Payment Modes: We accept safe electronic bank payments including RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, PayPal, and International Bank Wire Transfers.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of software branding, configuration, and the immediate allocation of engineering resources, once an order is initiated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

  • Support SLA: All technical support queries will be addressed within 72 hours during standard working days via WhatsApp chat or Email.

The web source is strictly bound to the client’s authorized domain, ensuring unauthorized copying or local reverse engineering of the frontend is prohibited and non-functional.
