Chapter 1 — Commercial Proposal & Pricing

We are offering our 100% fully developed, rigorously tested, and enterprise-ready astrology platform featuring true native mobile apps (React.js Web App + Native Android/Kotlin + Native iOS/Swift + Backend Server). We do not use basic, ready-made templates; our premium product will be tailored and configured exactly to your business logic, brand identity, and the native design guidelines of Google and Apple.

1.1 Core Product & Deployment Cost (Web + Native Android + Native iOS + Backend) This cost includes the full platform license, UI/UX branding customization, backend and database setup on your servers, and final deployment.

  • For Indian Clients (INR): ₹25,00,000 + 18% GST (₹4,50,000) = ₹29,50,000 (Inclusive of GST)

  • For International Clients (USD): $28,000 (No GST applicable outside India)

1.2 Maintenance, Support & Updates

  • First Year (Months 1-12): 100% FREE Maintenance and Support (Included in the core cost).

  • Second Year Onwards (Updates & Support Cost): ₹4,50,000 + GST / $5,000 USD per year.

1.3 Third-Party Infrastructure Costs (Paid directly by the Client) The core platform is built strictly on free and open-source technologies to eliminate third-party API subscriptions. However, your server hosting and telecom messaging will incur standard usage-based charges:

  • Hosting (AWS or GCP): Average of $150 to $250 USD per month (Approx. ₹12,500 to ₹19,500 INR/month) depending on user traffic.

  • Messaging (SMS/OTP/WhatsApp): To avoid paid API subscriptions, the product already includes Free Email-based OTP/Messaging via open-source SMTP. If your business strictly requires SMS or WhatsApp API for users, you will need to purchase standard telecom credits directly from a provider (e.g., Twilio/Msg91), which we will integrate for free during deployment.

Chapter 2 — Client Onboarding & Deployment Initiation

To begin the deployment process, kindly provide us with the following details:

  1. Full Name: For generating the official invoice.

  2. Company Name: If you require the invoice to be billed directly to your company.

  3. GST Number (For Indian Clients): If applicable, so you can claim GST Input Tax Credit (ITC).

Chapter 3 — Terms & Conditions

  1. Premium Enterprise Product (No Demos): We provide a highly secure, fully developed application that will be customized specifically for your business. To protect our proprietary architecture, please do not ask for any demo as we cannot provide public or pre-built demos.

  2. Payment Terms:

    • 50% Advance Payment is required to initiate the branding and deployment process.

    • 50% Remaining Payment is required at the time of the final handover of app source files and submission to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

  3. Accepted Payment Modes: We accept safe electronic bank payments within India via RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, and Bank Transfer. International clients may pay via PayPal or International Wire Transfer.

  4. Cancellation Policy: Once an order is initiated and the advance is paid, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

  5. Support SLA: We will provide support within 72 hours during standard working days via WhatsApp chat or email.
