• Scope Note: This service does not include alterations to the core source code of the platform, themes, or plugins. The final design and functionality are based on the inherent capabilities of the selected components.
• Estimated Timeline: Approximately 50 hours for a standard single-site setup.

B. Specialized Platform Deployment (Magento 2.4 & Moodle LMS)

We provide dedicated setup and deployment for resource-intensive platforms like Magento and Moodle, which require specialized server environments.

• Technical Hosting Requirements (Client-Managed):

2. Financial Terms & Engagement Model

We prioritize transparency in our pricing and project management.

Service Rates

• Template-Based & Specialized Deployment: ₹500 per developer, per hour.
• Custom Web & Mobile Development: ₹1,500 per developer, per hour.
• Tax: All service fees are exclusive of 18% GST.

Work & Billing Structure

• Work Hours: Monday to Saturday.
• Daily Engagement: A minimum of 3 working hours and a maximum of 9 working hours per day.
• Invoicing: Invoices are submitted daily, following the submission of work proof for the day.
• Payment Methods: We accept payment via RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and UPI.

Transparency & Reporting

• We provide screen recordings of all work performed during billable hours.
• Daily updates, including screen recordings and source code, will be shared to demonstrate progress.

3. Client Responsibilities & Third-Party Costs

To ensure clarity, clients are responsible for the procurement and direct payment of all third-party resources and ongoing subscription costs. Our team will provide expert guidance on selection and setup.

These costs are separate from our development fees and include:

• Domain Name Registration
• Web Hosting: (e.g., GoDaddy, Hostinger, BigRock). A typical annual plan may range from ₹7,000 to ₹10,000.
• Premium Themes & Templates: (e.g., from ThemeForest, CodeCanyon).
• Plugins, Extensions, & APIs: Any premium or subscription-based tools required for project functionality.
• Cloud Platform Fees: For AWS or GCP deployments, clients are billed directly by the cloud provider.

4. Ongoing Support & Confidentiality

Post-Project Support

Any additional support, changes, or maintenance requested after project completion (or outside the 7-day complimentary period for custom projects) is billable at the applicable hourly service rate (₹500 or ₹1,500 per hour + 18% GST).
