  • Conducted a thorough architectural audit of the client’s existing monolithic server infrastructure and application dependencies.

  • Identified bottlenecks, stateful components, and high-resource operations.

  • Formulated a decoupled, event-driven serverless target architecture leveraging Google Cloud Run and Google Cloud Functions.

Task 2: Automated Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Provisioning

  • Wrote modular, reusable Terraform scripts to automate the creation of all GCP resources.

  • Set up isolated environments (Development, Staging, and Production) with identical configurations to avoid configuration drift.
