Phase 1: Planning and Architecture Setup

• Conducted deep requirement gathering to understand the client’s need for a complex digital transformation.

• Planned the cloud-native infrastructure on AWS Lightsail to handle high enterprise web traffic.

• Set up a robust Nginx environment tailored specifically for heavy WordPress database loads.

Phase 2: Custom Development and Frontend Engineering

• Developed a fully custom, lightweight theme using the Astra framework to ensure fast loading times.

• Engineered the front-end using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Elementor, ensuring perfect responsiveness across all mobile and desktop devices.
