We chose ERPNext to build a highly optimized, cloud-native infrastructure that provides real-time data visibility across all departments.

2. Cloud Server Setup & Platform Engineering: Configured a highly secure server on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using Docker containers for easy scaling and isolated environments.

3. Core ERPNext Installation & Configuration: Set up the latest version of ERPNext and configured company details, financial years, multiple user roles, and strict access permissions.

4. Custom Module Development: Developed specialized custom apps within the Frappe framework to handle the client’s unique manufacturing and supply chain workflows that were not available in the default system.

5. Data Migration: Safely and securely migrated years of legacy business data (customers, suppliers, item masters, and old accounting ledgers) into the new ERPNext database.

6. Third-Party API Integrations: Integrated optimized billing engines and payment gateways to allow seamless online transactions directly from the sales invoices.

7. Rigorous Quality Assurance (QA): Our QA department ran automated testing pipelines using Selenium to guarantee a bug-free, smooth user experience across all web browsers.

8. Final Deployment & User Training: Successfully deployed the live system and provided complete training sessions to the client’s staff for easy adoption.
