We are seeking a skilled Moodle LMS developer to create, build, set up, and deploy a custom e-learning website. The project requires a professional to deliver a fully functional, high-performance, and visually appealing Moodle-based website, adhering to specific technical and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Moodle’s architecture and the ability to work within the platform’s established ecosystem.

Platform: Moodle LMS Development
Hosting & Environment:
Setup and deployment on an Amazon AWS LightSail environment.
The server must be running Ubuntu 22 LTS with Plesk control panel.
Design & Functionality:
The website must be fully responsive and optimized for all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).
The design and development will be based on free-to-use themes, templates, extensions, and plugins.
No copyrighted or third-party proprietary materials (images, text, etc.) are to be used. All content must be unique and created for this project.
No AI-generated content or images. All data and visuals must be created from scratch.
Performance Metrics (must be met or exceeded):
Google PageSpeed Insights: A score greater than 95% for all four categories (Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO) for both mobile and desktop.
First Contentful Paint (FCP): 2.5 seconds or less.
Largest Contentful Paint (LCP): 2.5 seconds or less.
Speed Index (SI): 3 seconds or less.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO optimization is required to ensure the website is discoverable and ranks well on search engines.
Post-Launch Support:
Provide 7 days of technical support and bug fixes after the website’s final deployment.
Developer Responsibilities:
Install and configure Moodle on the specified AWS LightSail environment.
Select, customize, and implement a free-to-use Moodle theme that aligns with the project’s aesthetic and functional goals.
Integrate necessary free-to-use extensions and plugins to enhance the website’s features.
Create unique, non-AI-generated content and visuals.
Ensure the website meets all specified performance and responsiveness metrics.
Perform comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO optimization.
Deploy the completed website and provide post-launch support.
