The Challenge: Architect a World-Class Chess Platform
You will be the principal developer responsible for the entire technology stack, from server architecture to pixel-perfect UI. Your mission is to create a seamless, low-latency multiplayer experience that delights chess enthusiasts worldwide.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Architecting and Building a real-time multiplayer chess engine for web (React/Next.js) and mobile (Flutter).
Engineering a Scalable Backend with Node.js and Socket.IO capable of handling thousands of concurrent games.
Implementing a Sophisticated Data Strategy using PostgreSQL, Redis, and Firebase to ensure high performance and reliability.
Integrating a Powerful Chess Engine like Stockfish for flawless move validation and challenging AI opponents.
Delivering Production-Ready Code that is clean, thoroughly documented, and built to the highest professional standards.
The Tech Stack You’ll Need to Master:
Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Flutter
Backend: Node.js, Socket.IO (WebSockets)
Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, Firebase Firestore
