We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team to develop “Chronos Legends: Metaverse Arena,” a custom, from-scratch, fast-paced, turn-based PvP strategy game. This is a comprehensive project that requires expertise across a diverse technology stack, from game development to Web3 blockchain integration and robust backend infrastructure. The final deliverable must be a fully functional application with all source code ownership transferred upon completion.
Project Overview
“Chronos Legends: Metaverse Arena” is a competitive turn-based strategy game where players assemble a team of unique, collectible hero characters called “Chronos Legends.” Each Legend is a non-fungible token (ERC-721 NFT) with unique abilities and lore. Players will engage in strategic battles in an arena, utilizing their team composition and skills to outsmart opponents. The game will feature a provably unique collectible system where a Legend’s rarity directly impacts their base stats and aesthetic.
Key Requirements & Technology Stack
1. Game Development (C++ / Unreal Engine)
The core of the game will be built on C++ and Unreal Engine. The development team is responsible for:
Creating a high-performance, turn-based combat system.
Designing and implementing visually stunning 3D character models for the “Chronos Legends.”
Developing dynamic particle effects for abilities and combat actions.
Building a responsive and intuitive user interface (UI) for the in-battle experience.
2. Web3 & Blockchain Integration (Ethereum / Solidity)
Each “Chronos Legend” must be a provably unique ERC-721 NFT. The blockchain component requires the development of:
An ERC-721 smart contract for minting and managing new “Chronos Legends.”
An ERC-20 token called “Chrono Shard” to be used as the in-game currency for non-NFT items and cosmetics.
A Solidity smart contract to govern the auction house for player-to-player trading.
3. Backend Services & Infrastructure (AWS / PostgreSQL)
The game’s backend must be scalable, secure, and performant. The team will be responsible for setting up and managing:
AWS Elastic Beanstalk for scalable game servers that manage matchmaking and the turn-by-turn game state.
An AWS RDS instance for a PostgreSQL database.
A PostgreSQL database schema to store and rapidly retrieve player match history, leaderboard data, and guild information.
4. Mobile Application Development (Kotlin & Swift / SwiftUI)
The project includes the development of a native mobile front-end for both Android and iOS platforms. The mobile app must feature:
A smooth user interface for building and managing a deck of “Chronos Legends.”
A searchable marketplace for trading Legends with other players.
A spectator mode for watching live matches.
Development Mandate
Custom Development: This project requires a full, from-scratch development. No third-party source code, APIs, or pre-existing libraries should be used for the core application logic.
Full Source Code Ownership: Upon completion, all source code and intellectual property for “Chronos Legends: Metaverse Arena” must be transferred to us.
