Phase 3: Backend & Database Engineering

• Set up a secure AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Developed RESTful APIs using Node.js to connect the mobile app with the database.

• Structured the PostgreSQL database to safely store customer details, booking history, and payment records.

Phase 4: Core App Development & Integration

• Programmed the mobile application using Flutter for near-native performance on both Apple and Android devices.

• Integrated secure online payment gateways (like Razorpay/Stripe) for smooth cashless transactions.

• Added live push notifications so customers get real-time alerts when the washer arrives or when the car wash is completed.

• Developed the custom CMS dashboard for the admin to accept/reject bookings and manage staff duties.

Phase 5: Rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing

• Our rigorous QA department tested the application thoroughly to guarantee bug-free deployments.

• Conducted automated mobile testing using Appium across various mobile phone models and screen sizes.

• Performed load testing to ensure the server does not crash during peak weekend booking hours.

Phase 6: Deployment & Handover

• Successfully published the mobile applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Deployed the Master Admin Panel on the live server.

• Provided complete training and handover of the software to the client’s management team.
