2. Test Environment Setup: Configuring the testing environments across various browsers, operating systems, and mobile devices (Android and iOS).

3. Writing Automation Scripts: Developing custom, robust automation scripts using Selenium and Cypress for the web portals, ensuring fast and reliable execution.

4. Mobile App Testing: Implementing Appium to test responsive, cross-platform mobile experiences thoroughly.

5. Manual & Exploratory Testing: Conducting strict manual testing to check the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) from a real customer’s perspective.

6. Bug Tracking & Reporting: Identifying, logging, and tracking defects with unyielding transparency, and working closely with the development team for quick resolutions.

7. Regression Testing & Final Sign-off: Running automated regression suites after every bug fix to guarantee that no new issues were introduced before the final, smooth deployment.
