8. Official Terms and Conditions of Service
All service orders are final; cancellations and refunds are not available once work has commenced. All communication is managed through project managers via WhatsApp and email—no direct developer communication. The client is solely responsible for all third-party costs (hosting, APIs, etc.). Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client. Custom projects typically require a minimum of 1000-10000 hours. Invoices are due upon receipt. We provide a 7-day period of complimentary post-launch support.
