* Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
* Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.
Qualifications:
* Any Graduate
* Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi
* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications
* Must have own laptop for work
