• Compiled Binaries Only: Clients will receive the compiled .apk and .aab (Android App Bundle) binaries for their business use.

• IP Ownership: Associative retains full source code ownership and intellectual property (IP) of the core product.

• Strict MSA & Security: A Master Service Agreement (MSA) will be signed to prevent unauthorized distribution or reverse engineering. We use heavily obfuscated Kotlin binaries and encrypted API tokens to ensure maximum security. White-labeling or reselling to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Commercials: Pricing & Maintenance

(Note: Pricing reflects a single-platform Native Android deployment. Final cost depends on your custom APIs, UI design, and B2B workflow complexity).

1. Product License, Customization & Implementation

• Domestic Clients (Within India): ₹18,50,000 — ₹23,50,000 INR + 18% GST.

• International Clients (Outside India): $22,000 — $28,000 USD.

2. Maintenance & Support (Year 1)

• Cost: Included (1 Year Free Maintenance post-launch).

• Includes: Bug fixes, Android OS updates, and API synchronization maintenance.

3. Annual Maintenance Contract (Year 2 Onward)

• Cost: 15% to 20% of the initial project cost per year.

• Includes: Security patches, technical support, OS compatibility updates, uptime monitoring, and minor UI optimizations.

Terms of Service & Policies

• Payment Terms: 50% Advance Payment at project initiation. The remaining 50% balance is due at the time of final handover and Google Play Store submission.

• Accepted Payment Modes: Safe electronic bank transfers including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, PayPal, and International Bank Wire Transfers.

• Cancellation & Refund Policy: Because we immediately allocate engineering resources and begin bespoke UI customization, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances once initiated.

• Demo Policy: Since our architecture is 100% uniquely tailored to each client’s specific business logic and we do not use generic templates, we do not provide pre-built product demos.
