Terms of Service & Maintenance

Payment Terms: 50% advance required at project initiation; 50% remaining balance due at the final handover of source code and App Store submissions.
Maintenance: First year includes 100% FREE maintenance and support (bug fixes, OS security patches, server monitoring). Second year onwards, an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is available at 15% to 20% of the base project cost.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the immediate allocation of engineering resources, once an order is initiated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
Legal Protections: A strict Master Service Agreement (MSA) governs the project. Associative retains full IP until final handover.
