📋 Detailed Project Tasks and Workflow

Providing an end-to-end, one-stop shop for this project, our dedicated team successfully executed the following key tasks across the entire product lifecycle:

1. Requirement Analysis & Strategic Planning We started with open communication and a deeply client-centric approach. Our team analyzed the client’s need for a “white label” system—meaning a multi-tenant software that their end-users could rebrand as their own. We mapped out all the complex domains needed for the CRM and ERP modules.

2. UI/UX Design & Frontend Development Our frontend developers built a clean, engaging, and highly customizable user interface. Since it is a white-label product, we created a dynamic theming engine using React and TailwindCSS, allowing users to easily change logos, brand colors, and layouts without touching the code.

3. Custom CRM & ERP Module Development Our backend engineers built scalable server-side logic to handle daily business operations. We developed specific custom modules for:

• Customer Relationship Management (Lead tracking, sales pipelines)
