1. Requirement Analysis and Project Planning

• Conducted deep discussions with the client to understand their specific requirements for Autonomous Vehicle testing.

• Finalized the architecture and selected the best technical tools to ensure high performance.

2. Custom 3D Environment Design

• Used Unreal Engine 5 to build highly immersive and realistic virtual worlds, including Indian and international road conditions, traffic signs, and complex city layouts.

• Added dynamic weather conditions (rain, fog, night mode) to test the vehicles in different real-world scenarios.

3. White-Labeling and Custom Branding

• Completely removed default CARLA branding and replaced it with the client’s corporate identity.

• Developed a custom, user-friendly dashboard for the client to easily manage and launch simulation tests.

4. Sensor and Lidar Engineering

• Programmed custom virtual sensors, including multiple high-resolution cameras, Radar, and physical Lidar simulation.

• Ensured real-time, accurate 3D point-cloud data generation for the client’s AI models to process.

5. Backend AI & API Integration

• Created secure Python-based APIs to connect the simulator with the client’s autonomous driving AI agents.

• Ensured smooth data flow between the virtual vehicle and the backend machine learning models.

6. Quality Assurance (QA) and Automated Testing

• Our rigorous QA department ran automated and manual testing pipelines to guarantee a bug-free simulator.

• Tested the physics engine, sensor accuracy, and software stability under heavy load conditions.

7. Deployment and Client Handoff

• Set up cloud-native infrastructure on AWS for smooth and scalable deployment.
