Detailed Project Tasks
Associative provided an end-to-end, one-stop solution for this project. Our workflow was divided into the following key tasks:
1. Requirement Gathering & MVP Planning
We started with a deeply client-centric approach. Our team conducted multiple discussion rounds to understand the core requirements for the white-label architecture. We mapped out the complete user journey and defined the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope.
2. UI/UX Design & 3D Modeling
Our designers crafted highly engaging and responsive digital experiences. We designed a clean, user-friendly mobile interface along with interactive 3D assets that blend perfectly with the physical reality of the user.
3. AR Core Development
Using our rare expertise in spatial computing, our AR developers programmed the core features. This included setting up camera tracking, surface detection, object tracking, and lighting estimation using ARKit and ARCore to create a highly interactive visual simulation.
4. White-Label SaaS Architecture Setup
Our backend team engineered a secure, multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) backend. We developed a super-admin panel that allows our client to easily change logos, colour themes, and application names for their respective B2B customers without changing the base code.
5. Cross-Platform Mobile Development
To reduce time-to-market without compromising on user experience, we used Flutter to build a unified codebase for both Android and iOS devices. The mobile app was integrated smoothly with the complex AR camera modules.
6. Rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing
To guarantee a smooth final release, our rigorous QA department utilized automated testing pipelines. For two months, the team used Appium to run hundreds of test cases on various Apple and Android devices to check for battery usage, camera stability, and offline performance.
7. Cloud Deployment & Handover
Finally, we set up highly automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and deployed the secure backend on AWS. We successfully handed over the full source code and documentation to the client with absolute honesty and unyielding transparency.
