Instead of building from scratch, our client chose our ready-to-deploy enterprise platform, which completely bypassed the massive risks and delays of traditional software development. Our dedicated dual-native engineering teams customized the entire platform to match the client’s brand, integrated their specific third-party APIs (like payment gateways and KYC), and successfully deployed it to their dedicated cloud servers and the Apple and Google App Stores.

To ensure the highest possible device performance, fluid 120Hz animations, and deep operating system integration, we did not use cross-platform shortcuts. We used a strict Dual-Native Mobile Strategy:

• Native Android App: Built using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for modern Material Design UI.

• Native iOS App: Built using Swift and SwiftUI for smooth, Apple-standard UI conventions.

• Deep Hardware Integration: We utilized native camera APIs (CameraX for Android, AVFoundation for iOS) and native biometric unlocking (FaceID / TouchID).

• Regional Languages: Support for English along with major Indian languages (Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, etc.).

• Safety & Trust Engine: Block/report features, moderation queues, meeting reminders, and optional location check-ins.

Associative ensured the highest level of security and legal protection for the client:

• End-to-End Security: All production traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS, with strict password hashing (bcrypt) and secure JWT access tokens. No sensitive data (like OTPs or private messages) is logged.

• Anti-Reverse Engineering: The native mobile apps were hardened using ProGuard/R8 (Android) and Apple LLVM obfuscation (iOS) to protect the source code.

• Licensing & Handover: The project was delivered under a strict Master Service Agreement (MSA). The client received a Single-Entity Lifetime License for their internal business operations, along with compiled binaries exclusively mapped to their registered domain.

Our engineering teams successfully executed the deployment through intense, parallel tracks over 24 weeks:

• Weeks 1–4 (Branding & Architecture): Finalized UI/UX brand integration, language planning, and designed the AWS/GCP cloud architecture.

• Weeks 5–10 (Core Customization): Customized the core database, API endpoints, and rebranded the Native Kotlin and Swift screens.
