The client required a complete, end-to-end digital ecosystem for a taxi booking service. This included a Mobile App for the Riders, a Mobile App for the Drivers, and a centralized Web-based Admin Dashboard to manage operations, payments, and real-time tracking.

   • Developed the Driver App with features like document verification, one-tap ride acceptance, route navigation, and daily earning reports.

4. Backend & Admin Dashboard Development:

   • Built a highly secure custom admin panel using React.js.

   • Enabled features for the administration to monitor live taxis, manage user/driver disputes, track daily revenue, and set dynamic pricing (surge pricing).

5. Rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing:

   • Conducted multiple testing phases to guarantee smooth deployments.

   • Used automated testing pipelines with Appium to test the app on various mobile screen sizes and operating systems.

   • Tested live GPS accuracy and load-tested the server for peak traffic hours.

6. Final Deployment & Cloud Optimization:

   • Successfully migrated the complete application to AWS.

   • Set up cost-optimized cloud infrastructure to ensure the client saves on server costs while maintaining 24/7 uptime.
