Key Tasks Performed

To guarantee bug-free and smooth deployments without disrupting the client’s ongoing business, our engineering teams divided the project into well-planned phases. Here are the major tasks completed during this project:

1. In-Depth System Audit and Planning

We started by completely analyzing the client’s existing monolithic codebase and database. We mapped out the dependencies and planned a step-by-step decoupling strategy to separate the large system into smaller, independent services.

2. Backend Engineering & Decoupling

Our team rewrote the heavy server-side logic into highly optimized, independent microservices. We used secure and highly performant frameworks to ensure each service could run, scale, and be updated independently without affecting the whole application.

3. Database Splitting and Migration

A monolithic database was carefully split into multiple decentralized databases. We matched the right database type (Relational SQL or NoSQL) to the specific requirement of each new microservice, ensuring faster data fetching and cache memory optimization.

4. Containerization and Cloud Setup

We moved the infrastructure to a Cloud-Native environment. Each microservice was packed into Docker containers and orchestrated for automatic scaling based on user traffic. We also set up a Zero Trust Architecture for maximum enterprise security.

5. Advanced DevOps & CI/CD Pipeline Setup

To reduce the deployment time from weeks to minutes, our DevSecOps experts built highly automated Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. This allowed the client’s team to release new features quickly and safely.

6. Rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing

Before going live, our rigorous QA department used automated testing pipelines. We conducted heavy load testing, security testing, and functional testing to ensure the new microservices architecture was 100% bug-free and stable.
