The objective of this project was to bridge the gap between physical reality and digital intelligence. The client required a complete digital replica of their physical industrial assets to monitor real-time performance, optimize workflows, and run advanced visual simulations without interrupting actual physical operations.

By leveraging our internal Research & Development flagship, NexusReal, and our deep expertise in Internet of Things (IoT), we engineered a solution that brought their physical infrastructure to life on a secure cloud-native platform.

Step-by-Step Project Tasks

1. Requirement Analysis & Architecture Design:

   • Conducted deep-dive sessions with the client to map physical assets.

   • Designed a Zero Trust Architecture and selected the most secure and performant technology stack for multi-tenant scalability.

2. Hardware & Sensor Integration:

   • Configured and deployed physical embedded hardware across the client’s industrial facility.

   • Established secure local communication using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocols.

3. Cloud Backend & Data Engineering:

   • Developed a high-speed, scalable server-side logic system to handle continuous data streams from physical assets.

   • Connected the embedded hardware to a secure cloud backend using managed cloud services.

4. 3D Visualization & NexusReal Integration:

   • Utilized advanced Neural Radiance Fields (NeRFs) and 3D Gaussian Splatting to create exact, lifelike 3D visual representations of the physical objects.

   • Integrated these models into an interactive, browser-based dashboard using high-performance 3D web programming.

5. Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing:

   • Executed rigorous automated testing pipelines for both web interfaces and backend data integrity.

   • Performed real-time stress testing to ensure zero-latency data visualization.

6. Deployment & Handover:

   • Set up highly automated CI/CD pipelines for smooth, bug-free deployment.

   • Provided complete training to the client’s workforce on utilizing the digital twin dashboard.
