The main goal of this project was to engineer an immersive world and a highly interactive enterprise visual simulation. From ambitious ideas to a future-proof digital reality, our dedicated team of digital innovators worked as a one-stop shop to handle the entire product lifecycle.

• Total Project Duration: 7 Months (5 months for core development + 2 months for rigorous QA and testing)

Technologies Used for Development

• AI & Innovation (NexusReal): We utilized our flagship R&D platform, NexusReal, using Neural Radiance Fields (NeRFs) and 3D Gaussian Splatting to recreate exact, lifelike 3D visual representations inside the simulation.

Detailed Project Tasks & Phases

To ensure a bug-free and smooth deployment, the project was divided into the following detailed tasks:

1. Requirement Gathering & Spatial Planning We started with open communication and a deeply client-centric approach to understand the business requirements. Our team mapped out the complete 3D environment, the user journeys, and the spatial computing boundaries for headsets.

2. 3D Environment Design & Prototyping Our 3D designers engineered the immersive gaming environments and visual simulations. We created highly realistic models and optimized them for near-native speeds on modern consumer VR devices.

3. XR Core Development Using Unreal Engine 5, our XR developers wrote the core application logic. We built next-generation interactive features tailored specifically for the Meta Quest series and HTC Vive, ensuring flawless user experience without any motion sickness.

4. Backend & Frontend Engineering While the XR app was being built, our web development team crafted a secure corporate portal to manage the XR simulation data. We used Rust for a highly secure backend API and React to build a responsive web dashboard for the administrators.

5. AI Avatar Integration (NexusReal) As part of our continuous investment in innovation, we integrated NexusReal. We developed ultra-realistic digital humans within the XR space, featuring real-time lip-syncing driven by Large Language Models (LLMs) to act as interactive corporate assistants for the users.

6. Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing For 2 solid months, our rigorous QA department performed heavy testing. We utilized automated testing pipelines and manual device testing on actual VR headsets to guarantee that the application was completely bug-free and optimized for high-performance rendering.

7. Cloud Setup & Final Delivery We handled the complete cloud architecture setup on Amazon Web Services (AWS). After final performance checks, the XR application and web dashboards were successfully deployed and handed over to the client on time.
