1. Planning & Architecture Setup

• Conducted in-depth meetings with the client to understand their specific enterprise requirements.

• Created detailed UI/UX wireframes for both the web portal and mobile application.

• Designed a secure, Cloud-Native Infrastructure with a Zero Trust Architecture.

2. Front-End Web Development

• Crafted an ultra-high-performance corporate portal using HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and React.

• Ensured the web application was fully responsive across all modern consumer and enterprise devices.

• Set up a Progressive Web App (PWA) structure to create a flawless hybrid experience even in low-network areas.

3. Mobile Application Development

• Built engaging, high-performance mobile applications using the Flutter cross-platform framework.

4. Back-End Server & API Integration

5. DevOps & Cloud Optimization

• Completed a full migration and cost-optimization setup on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

6. Quality Assurance (QA) & Final Testing

• To guarantee smooth deployments, our rigorous QA department utilized deep automated testing pipelines.

• Performed comprehensive web automation testing using Selenium and Cypress.
