1. Requirement Gathering & UI/UX Design

• Conducted deep client-centric meetings to understand the requirements of teachers, students, and administrators.

• Created wireframes and interactive prototypes for both the web portal and mobile applications.

2. Backend Architecture & CMS Setup

• Configured a highly customized instance of Moodle LMS to handle core educational features like grading, assignments, and quizzes.

• Developed scalable server-side logic using Node.js and Spring Boot to manage thousands of concurrent user logins during exam seasons.

• Integrated Strapi Headless CMS to allow the marketing team to easily update educational articles, news, and course banners.

3. Web Portal Development

5. Cloud-Native Infrastructure & DevOps

• Set up a Multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) architecture on Managed AWS.

• Optimized cloud costs while ensuring zero downtime during high-traffic periods (e.g., result declaration days).

• Implemented Zero Trust Architectures to strictly secure student data and ensure regulatory compliance.

6. Quality Assurance (QA) & Deployment

• Ran rigorous automated testing pipelines to guarantee a bug-free experience.

• Used Selenium for testing the web portal across different browsers and Appium to ensure the mobile app worked flawlessly on various phone models.
