Key Tasks & Development Phases

   • Designed a Cloud-Native Infrastructure using AWS to ensure the platform remains stable during high traffic sales.

2. UI/UX Design & Front-End Development:

   • Developed a highly responsive frontend using React and Next.js, ensuring the website works flawlessly on mobile, tablets, and desktop computers.

   • Engineered the platform for maximum visibility using SEO (Search Engine Optimization) best practices for organic ranking across Google and Bing.

3. Back-End Development & Integration:

   • Built secure back-end APIs using Node.js.

   • Successfully integrated third-party payment gateways (Stripe/Razorpay) for smooth and secure online transactions.

   • Developed a custom admin dashboard for the client to easily manage inventory, track orders, and update product details.

4. Quality Assurance (QA) & Automated Testing:

   • Our rigorous QA department utilized automated testing pipelines.

   • Wrote and executed hundreds of test cases using Selenium and Cypress to test user logins, cart checkout flows, and payment processing, ensuring a smooth and bug-free user experience.

5. Deployment & Cloud Optimization:

   • Set up secure deployment pipelines using Docker.
