Key Tasks & Development Stages

Our team acted as a one-stop shop to handle the entire product lifecycle. The project was completed through the following major tasks:

1. Requirement Gathering & Planning

  • Understood the client’s vision and structured a plan to build a secure digital learning environment.

4. LMS Customization & Integration

5. Cloud Setup & DevOps

6. Automated Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Conducted rigorous web automation testing using Selenium and Cypress to verify that all modules, payment gateways, and video players work without any errors.

7. Final Deployment & Handover
