Project Objective

The main goal of this project was to build custom automation tools to reduce manual design work, improve drafting accuracy, and provide an interactive 3D platform for the client’s engineering team. The project required deep expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) automation and web-based 3D visualization.

Key Tasks and Deliverables

To guarantee a bug-free and smooth deployment, our team followed a strict product lifecycle and completed the following tasks:

• Requirement Analysis & Architecture Setup: Gathered complex engineering requirements and designed a secure, cloud-native architecture on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Custom BIM Automation: Developed custom Revit plugins and STAAD Pro plugin designs to automate repetitive structural modeling tasks.

• CAD Plugin Development: Engineered custom programming for AutoCAD to streamline the client’s internal drafting process.

• Interactive 3D Web Viewer: Designed a high-performance interactive browser-based 3D model viewer so the client’s team could view and manipulate designs from anywhere.

• Backend & Database Integration: Set up scalable server-side logic and secure databases to handle large engineering files and point-cloud data.

• Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing: Conducted rigorous automated testing pipelines using Selenium for web automation to ensure the final product was highly stable and secure.
