As an Adobe Silver Solution Partner and Official Reseller Partner of Strapi, our team provided an end-to-end, one-stop shop solution to build, scale, and optimize their ecommerce technology.

1. Requirement Analysis & Architecture Planning: We gathered all business requirements and created a future-proof architecture utilizing a Headless & Decoupled CMS approach.

2. Front-End Engineering: Our team crafted an ultra-high-performance and secure digital interface. We built a mobile-responsive, engaging frontend to provide near-native web speeds for users.

3. Back-End Development & CMS Integration: We developed scalable server-side logic and integrated a headless CMS to allow the client’s marketing team to easily manage product content and inventory.

4. Custom Payment & Cart Integration: We built a secure checkout process with optimized billing engine integrations to ensure completely safe and smooth financial transactions.

5. Cloud-Native Infrastructure Setup: We migrated the platform to a managed cloud environment, optimizing it for cost and setting up highly automated CI/CD pipelines for future updates.

6. Rigorous Quality Assurance (QA): To guarantee a bug-free deployment, our QA department ran intensive web and mobile automated testing pipelines before the final go-live.
