1. Requirement Gathering & Strategy Planning We started with open communication to fully understand the client’s vision. We planned the architecture to migrate their old system into a modern decoupled (headless) environment.

2. Contentful Setup & Data Modeling Our expert architects created a highly flexible content structure inside the Contentful platform. We properly defined content types, spaces, and custom fields so the client’s non-technical marketing team could easily manage and update website data on their own.

3. Front-End Engineering Our dedicated team crafted an ultra-high-performance, secure digital experience. Using Next.js and React, we built an engaging and responsive user interface that works flawlessly across all modern consumer and enterprise devices.

4. Secure API Integration We seamlessly connected the Contentful backend with the custom front-end application using highly secure API calls. This ensured very fast data rendering and maximum visibility.

5. Rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing To guarantee bug-free and smooth deployments, our strict QA department utilized automated testing pipelines. We performed deep web automation testing using Selenium and Cypress to check for speed, security, and responsive design accuracy.

6. Cloud Optimization & Deployment Once the testing was successful, we set up a cloud-native infrastructure. We completed the migration and deployed the final headless application securely on optimized Amazon Web Services (AWS).
