1. Requirement Analysis and Project Planning

2. 3D Environment and Map Creation

4. Automated Driving Models and AI Integration

  • Developed backend logic to control traffic behavior and pedestrian movements using Python and Core AI/ML models.

  • Integrated computer vision pipelines (using OpenCV and Open3D) so the client’s autonomous algorithms could accurately read the simulated sensor data.

5. Rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing

  • Our rigorous QA department ran thousands of automated test scenarios (like sudden braking, heavy rain, and night driving).

  • Monitored the system for performance, ensuring high frame rates and zero latency during heavy simulation loads.

6. Cloud Deployment and Handover
