The client’s goal was to build an ultra-high-performance, secure digital experience for daily commuters and travelers. The platform needed to handle high traffic, display real-time seat availability, process secure online payments, and provide transport operators with an easy-to-use admin system to manage their bus fleets.

As an end-to-end, one-stop shop for technology software, Associative took full responsibility for the entire product lifecycle—from the initial Minimum Viable Product (MVP) planning to the final cloud deployment.
