1. Complete Cloud Infrastructure Audit: Our team did a full check of the client’s existing Managed AWS setup. We identified unused resources, extra storage, and idle instances that were increasing the monthly billing.

2. Platform Engineering & Cost Optimization: We right-sized the server capacities. This means we adjusted the cloud resources to perfectly match the business requirements, reducing costs significantly without compromising on ultra-high-performance and security.

3. Advanced DevOps & CI/CD Setup: To guarantee smooth operations, we set up highly automated CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins. This allows the client’s internal team to deploy software updates faster and with zero downtime.

4. Security and Compliance: We implemented Zero Trust Architectures and DevSecOps protocols to ensure the cloud environment is fully secure and future-proof.

5. Billing Engine and Tracking Automation: We integrated custom billing trackers and dashboards so the client gets absolute transparency on their daily and monthly cloud spending.
