Terms of Service Overview

  • Service Model: We are a project-based development company. Developers work from our secure offices, not on-site.

  • Estimates: We provide general time estimates based on experience (e.g., minimum 1000 hours for complex custom software), but do not provide fixed-bid or fixed-timeline contracts due to the dynamic nature of development.

  • Payments: Accepted via RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and UPI.

  • Support: We provide a 7-day complimentary post-launch support period.
